Hello, sorry that it has taken me over a month to write a new post. I hope this will change, but currently I am writing for two online publications and one brick and mortar firm. So please excuse me if I don’t post right away. We hope to add two more fashion bloggers soon! We are just looking for the right guys who really know their stuff!
I was in Midtown Manhattan the other day shopping and found this marvelous little store in Manhattan called Phil Roberts N.Y. Inc., the store is located at 133 West 38th Street between Broadway & 7th Avenue.
The quaint little shop had a great collection of ties and a good assortment of bowties. I picked up a few and I am quite happy with my selection as well as the quality of the neck wear. I have since picked up some more at Phil Roberts. Just to be fair Phil Roberts does not carry brand names that we might be used to, his specialty lies in the fact that he supplies his own silk bowties and pretty much can replicate what many of the men retailers tend to sell in their stores at a fraction of the cost. He does have his own collection which I have yet to see in other men stores in that area.
He is closed on the Sabbath, so forget Saturday, other than that he is open from 9am – 7pm on weekdays and from 12 noon to 5pm on Sunday. So if you are in the town and wish to pick something up at the fraction of the cost that you would pay at a top retailer go to Phil Roberts, you will not be disappointed. I hope this giveaway spot will warrant your forgiveness!
